Terms of Service

Before purchasing

Please have the basic knowledge of Unity and uploading an avatar before purchasing!

If you need an upload done for you then please open a ticket in my server!

If there’s any issues you can join my Discord and I’d be happy to help!

Avatar usage

1. Do not claim my work as your own.
2. No price splitting, trading or leaking of any kind.
3. Credit is required if posting in my avatars.
4. My avatars are for use on VRChat only.
5. Do not resell my work.
6. Purchasing one of my models does not give you commercial rights to any third-party assets used on it. If you want to reuse an asset, you must purchase it separately from its original creator, who is listed in the credits.
7. Do not upload my avatars to anyone’s account without my permission!
8. Do not make my avatars public.
9. No head swap or body swap of any kind and no resculpting of any kind!
10. Edits are allowed as long as it’s still recognisable as my avatar and credit is given. Do not strip the avatar down to head and body only! This is classed as using my sculpts, so you still need to have some of the original assets on there.
11. As a buyer, you acknowledge that any purchase from the tetebabix shop is non-refundable.
12. Do not take my head and body sculpts and use them for personal use. This is classed as asset farming and you will be removed and blacklisted!
13. As all purchases are digital, all sales are final and once you’ve gained access to the downloads we can’t offer exchanges, refunds or cancellations. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to these terms. If the bank account refunds the model, it is down to you to repurchase.

Server freebies

You must stay in the server for at least two weeks to keep access to the server freebies.

If you join just to get the code and leave, you will lose all rights to the freebie and be banned and blacklisted.

To get the code, open a ticket within the Discord server and I will get you your own personalised code. The same T.O.S applies to paid and free models!
